1. Beginner's Training 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, open group every Thursday
For about 45 minutes, we practice Qigong exercises for opening the joints and strengthening the tendons, gradually building up the spine structure, Iron-Shirt techniques and Tao-basic exercises such as Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, Micro Cosmic Orbit, Connecting the 6 Directions, igniting the 3 Tan Tien Fire, etc. After a short break, we practice Tai Chi 1 or 2 form after Mantak Chia.

Biography
Wolfgang Heuhsen ...is an industrial engineer who runs an expert office in Berlin. In addition to his academic work in the private sector, spiritual practices have been of crucial importance to him for over 40 years. His youthful enthusiasm for martial arts, practice in Zen meditation, and attendance at various Buddhist schools led him to take monastic vows in a Theravada monastery. After returning to the West, he gained further experience with shamanistic teachers and as a leader of workshops and working groups. His study of the Tao led him to Grandmaster Mantak Chia, at whose school he completed his training as a UHT Tao teacher in 2003, after first coming into contact with him in 1988.
Since 2004, he has been entrusted with the honorable task of organizing Grandmaster Mantak Chia's annual workshops in Berlin. Also in that year, “Universal Tao Germany e.V.” was founded to offer German UHT teachers a common platform.
Since 2010, he has represented the interests of German UNIVERSEAL HEALING TAO® teachers as “UHT Country Coordinator Germany.”
With his appointment as Senior Instructor, he assumed global responsibility for the training area of ‘Cosmic Healing Qigong’ (Cosmic Chi Kung) as “UHT Global Branch Leader Cosmic Healing” in 2012.
In 2014, he was appointed by Grandmaster Mantak Chia to the “Council of 9” of the Universal HEALING TAO® System Thailand.
In June 2015, he established the “Universal Tao Germany Foundation” in Berlin as a non-profit corporation under public law. Its purpose is to promote the Tao teachings of Grandmaster Mantak Chia in Germany and to enable people in financial need to participate in courses and workshops based on Grandmaster Mantak Chia's teachings through grants.
On behalf of Grandmaster Mantak Chia, he and his team began building a new global database for all UHT instructors in 2016, which has been running smoothly online since January 2018. See UNIVERSAL HEALING TAO® Instructor Directory https://www.universaltaoinstructors.com
In 2018, the website www.mantak-chia-media.com was created with funds from the Universal Tao Germany Foundation. As an operational foundation project, the aim is to preserve GM Mantak Chia's vast knowledge for the future and make it accessible.
In 2022, the company mantak-chia-media gmbh was founded as a subsidiary of the Universal Tao Germany Foundation to publish books and instructional videos that can be offered on the website www.mantak-chia-media.com.
In 2024, the newly designed and revised website https://inner-alchemy-astrology.com went online, and Taoist horoscopes according to Mantak Chia can be ordered online.
